  2. Resale tax I.D. number or Sales Tax License

  3. Bank information—Name and address of bank

How to Place an Order

Our web store is finally open for orders. We have chosen to use PayPal as our credit card processor. This decision was made primarily because it is not legal to store credit card information in your own database, and because PayPal is widely used and accepted by sites such as Ebay.
After you add items to your cart you will taken to our PayPal store to securely complete your purchase, you will then be redirected back to our site and you will view a order confirmation. It’s easy!!
